Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Assistant (Filipino) for an offshore account

We are looking for someone with sincere enthusiasm and a flair for achievement,

As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you will tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with leads for our technology services. You will also manage marketing campaigns, database input and assist the outside team members with deal follow up.

Daily activities include outbound calling (75%) either EST or PST, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of appointments, building and managing the sales pipeline through our CRM and spreadsheet creation for list refinement and data uploads.

Key Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, strong phone voice, ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational and time management skills. Daily technology used will be Zoho CRM, Zoominfo, RingCentral VoIP, Excel and Microsoft 365, (must have access to strong internet connection).
